Terms and Conditions – 98kr Gaming Platform Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 98kr ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 98kr website, mobile browser interface, gaming products and associated services.

By completing the registration process, logging in, making a PKR deposit or participating in any game available on 98kr, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 98kr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity that takes place under your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals and bonus claims — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98kr support immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

• Do not use a password that you use for other websites or services.
• Do not access your 98kr account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any unfamiliar transactions in your account history.
• Keep your registered email address accessible and current — account communications and verification requests are sent there.

98kr reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, multiple login attempts from unrecognised locations, or behaviour inconsistent with normal individual player usage.

All deposits and withdrawals on 98kr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no background currency conversions applied at any stage of the transaction process. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance in PKR.

Supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Each method carries its own minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account promptly following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. 98kr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification (see Section 8). • Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering activity meeting the stated requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 98kr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

98kr offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts in PKR, expiry dates and any maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 98kr promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real PKR funds are held in separate balances. Real PKR funds are used first unless a promotion specifies a different order.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted bonus balances expire when the deadline passes.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any strategy designed purely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent — including the use of low-risk hedged bets across multiple outcomes — is considered bonus abuse.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

By participating in any game on 98kr — including slots, bingo, live casino tables, table games or sports betting — you acknowledge that all gaming outcomes involve an element of chance and that losses are a possible and normal outcome of gambling activity.

All slot and bingo game outcomes are produced by independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee results over any individual session or number of rounds.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your stake amount before confirming a bet.

98kr monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, we will act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.

98kr may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, approving large deposits or in response to activity that requires account-level review. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

When requested, you may be asked to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence).

Verification documents must be clear, unaltered and current. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite account exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents login and deposit access for the chosen period.

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the 98kr platform.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors or failures in processing PKR deposits or withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card networks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

The current version of the Terms published on this page supersedes all previous versions.
